Joe Clarke speaks about his experience with Bravehart Building:
We hired Bravehart Building to renovate an existing bathroom into a more useable space, providing a shower with a seating area and a vanity for my wife. During design discussions we commented to Bill that the bathroom had always been a very cold space and perhaps the sky light in the roof should be closed off as part of the renovation. However, Bill, who understands structures and building so well, noticed during the demolition that cold air was literally washing into the bathroom from behind the old shower stall. He investigated further and found that the lack of insulation on the roof above the garage was causing this problem. He provided a quote to insulate and had the problem fixed in days.

Peter Wood speaks about his experience with Bravehart Building:
Bill Wallace was fast, neat and smart about his work. We have had other contractors in to do work in the past and they didn't
compare to Bravehart. We waited and waited for their jobs to be completed, for months on end. However, with Bravehart, they
were in and out of the house in a matter of days, and, their quality of work is excellent.

Val Logaridis speaks about her experience with Bravehart Building:
I had a new tenant moving in to the second floor in two months time and I had promised her the renovations would be complete. The second floor apartment was a total mess. Most of the walls were covered in embossed wallpaper which had been painted over and the cracks were still visible behind the paper. The two bathrooms were vintage 1920's, with one being directly off the kitchen. The kitchen itself was in total disrepair. The charming windows on either side of the fireplace had been covered over. Even the floors and ceilings were in disastrous condition.
Bill Wallace of Bravehart Building promised it would be done, on budget and on time. During the process I knew exactly where to find Bill. He arrived promptly every morning. At the end of each day, the progress was visible.
If only I had met Bill Wallace prior to my main floor renovation one year before. That job went way over budget and way over time, and still was not completed satisfactorily.
Having survived a number of renovation experiences in my lifetime, dealing with Bill Wallace was certainly a pleasure.

Kristin & David speak about their experience with Bravehart Building:
Excellent, Professional, and Reliable!
Working with Bill and Laura was a wonderful experience. Bill and his
team gutted our kitchen, closed up a window, looked after the
electrical and plumbing in the kitchen, took care of detail trim work
and the kitchen backsplash. We were so pleased with their work on the
kitchen, we had Bill do the fireplace surround in the adjoining family
room. Bill is extremely attentive to detail and a great problem solver.
He saved us money by reusing some shutters to close up the window as
well as offered alternatives for planning our kitchen so that a heat
register would not have to be moved. Overall, Bravehart is reliable,
professional, attentive to customer needs and is committed to ensuring
customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Bravehart Building. We will
definitely use them again.

Dan Kiss speaks about his experience with Bravehart Building:
Bill and Laura took a very consultative approach to our job, which
involved demolishing a 1940s addition (containing a pantry and mudroom),
then gutting the kitchen and incorporating it into our new, expanded addition.
It was a big job, and handled very nicely: demolition, gutting a exterior wall,
framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing and electrical were all handled with
skill and tact. His crew was great. Bravehart adjusted their schedules
to accommodate an unexpected two-week delay caused by our difficulty in
finding a cabinet installer, and still managed to finish the job on time
and on budget. We're grateful for their top-notch work!
